Psychological Answer: Life is the journey between birth to death. Yes, It is true. One who has born shall truly die one day as per the laws of nature.
Spiritual Answer: First of all you need to understan that you're not this body. You're soul which is a part of God. Just like we change our clothes simllarlly, we change our bodies as per the time passess.
We take birth and die in this materialistic world because we have done something wrong due to which we are sent to earth to fullfill our desires.
The goal of the life is to go back to Godhead and serve the God which is only possible to chanting Holy name and serving the supreme God.
When we remember the God by gratitude during our last breath then we get free of this cycle of birth and death and get back to Godhead to serve the God.
