substituting the values.

 {v}^{2}  = 1960

v =  \sqrt{1960}

v = 14 \sqrt{10}

or

14 \times 3.16

v = 44.24

so,the final velocity before touching the ground is 44.24 m/s or

14 \sqrt{10}  \frac{m}{s}
