a swimmer is capable of swimming 1.65ms in still water.if he swims directly across a 180m wide river whose current is 0.85ms,how far down stream will she reach​

Explanation:

Downstream means with the flow of water

So, swimmer's speed = his own speed+speed of current

=1.65+0.85

=2.5m/s

Time taken to swim across the river=distance/speed

=180/2.5

=72 seconds

Or 1 minute 12 seconds
