A table costs rupees 200 more than the chair the price of two table and three chairs is rupees 1400. Find the cost of each

Let the cost of the chair be x

⇒Cost of the table=x+200

As per the ques

2x+3(x+200)=1400

⇒2x+3x+600=1400

⇒5x=800

⇒x=160

So,

Cost of one chair=160 Rs.

Cost of one table=160+200=360
