A table top measures 2m by 1m 50 cm. What is its area in square meters?

l=1m50cm = 1.5m, b = 2 m

area of table (rect. ) = l×b
. = (2 × 1.5)m square
= 3 m square

Area= Length*Width
Length= 2m
Width=1m 50 cm = 1.5 m
Area= 2*1.5 = 3 square meters
