Step-by-step explanation:

The tank has water = 62.3 L

Tap drains out in one minute = 3.7 L

Two times of 3.7 L is drained in the next 1 minutes = 3.7 + 3.7 = 7.4 L

Total water drained in 2 minutes = 3.7 + 7.4 = 11.1 L

Water in tank now = 62.3 L - 11.1 L = 51.2 L

ANSWER = 51.2 L
