x - student age
y= teacher age
present time
y=4x
after 5 years i.e. x+5
y=3x+5

let the age of yeacher be x
and the age of her student be y
A/Q
x = 4y
x-4y=0.........i
after 5 years
x+5 = 3(y+5)
x +5 =3y +15
x-3y+5-15=0
x-3y-10=0
x-3y =10 .........ii
bg eq. i and ii,we get
y =10years
and ,putting value of y in eq i,we get
x-4x10= 0
x -40=0
x = 40years

dhrubrawat123: right
