today wS very awesome .a special assembly was conducted where lot of fun took place. though their faces were very funny,thEy can be good friends.we had special foods in our canteen.then we, the senior most class was asked to go out along with them to some temples as their guide. we went to nearly 10 temples each of each god. along with us many teachers also joined.we sat together and ate our lunch though they mostly bought from the canteen. we had lots of fun which we couldn't get back. I really thank our principal for this.

ABC School, 13th March: Thirteenth March, ABC School experienced a red letter day. It witnessed the memorable visit of twenty students from Japan who visited the school as part of a cultural exchange programme. A special welcome Assembly was organised for them by the school Authority and the Cultural Club of the school.

A lot of dignitaries were invited to welcome the foreign students. The officer-in-charge of the Japanese Embassy was invited as the Chief Guest. He made a most inspiring speech first in Japanese and then in English. Our Principal delivered the welcome speech. Four students of class nine welcomed the students in the Indian style .

A cultural programme was organised in honour of the students. Srayanti, performed a solo dance, the school choir sang several songs including a Japanese one. The junior class students performed a Japanese folk dance.

The School Captain read an excerpt from the book 'Japanese Wife'. All in all it was a grand event, a true cultural exchange.
