We will take a blue litmus strip and test the liquid. If the colour changes to red than it is acid.

But if the color remains unchanged then it is base or water.

Then we will take another red strip of paper if the colour will change to blue then the liquid will be a base.

But if again the colour will remain unchanged then it will be water.
