Answer

Let the trains meet after x km from Delhi

Time taken by first train to travel x km =

x

25

hr

Time taken by second train to travel x km =

x

35

hr

The second train starts only after 5 hours when compared to the first train.

i.e, time taken by the first train to travel x km - 5 = time taken by the second train to travel x km

x

25

5

=

x

35

14x - 1750 = 10x

4x = 1750

x = 437.5

Required Distance from Delhi = 437.5 km
