If 6m tall tree can form 4m shadow.
Then, 1m tall tree can form shadow 6/4 = 3/2 m
Therefore, 10 m pole can form = 3/2*10 = 15m

Answer:

The height of the pole is 15 m tall.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : A tree 6m tall casts a 4m long shadow. At the same time a pole cast a shadow 10m long.

To find : The height of the pole?

Solution :

We have given,

4 m long shadow = 6 m tall tree

The tree of a 1 m long shadow,

1 m long shadow =\frac{6}{4}=1.5m tall tree

Now, The height of the the pole,

1 m long shadow = 1.5 m tall

10 m long shadow = 1.5 x 10 = 15 m tall

Therefore, The height of the pole is 15 m tall.
