a truck of mass M is moved under a force F . if the truck is then loaded with an object equal to the mass of the truck and the driving force is halved then how does the acceleration changes

a = F / M

From above if F is halved and M is then
a2 / a1 = (F2 / F1) × (M1 / M2)
a2 = a1 × (F1 / (2F1)) × (M1 / (2M1))
a2 = a1 / 4

Acceleration of truck will be 1/4th of initial.
