Let the tens and unit digit of number are =x,y respectively

First condition :

⇒10x+y=4(x+y)⇒2x=y

Second condition :

⇒10x+y+18=10y+x

⇒x−y=−2

⇒x−2x=−2

⇒x=2

⇒y=4

∴ two digit number =24
