A uniform motion along a straight path has no a acceleration. Why?​

Who has told you this concept. Motion along a straight too have an acceleration, if there is an external unbalance force. Body moving with uniform velocity only has not an acceleration. It is so because to have an acceleration there should be change in magnitude of velocity or direction of velocity. And a body moving in straight line with changing speed has an acceleration.
