Sᴏʟᴜᴛɪᴏɴ :-

→ CP = 21 for Rs.7

→ SP = 5 for Rs.2

So,

→ 21 ------------------ Rs.7

→ 5 ------------------ Rs.2

Multiply, first by 5 & second by 21 both sides,

→ 5(21 ------------------ Rs.7)

→ 21(5 ------------------ Rs.2)

we get,

105 Apples CP ------------------ Rs.35

→ 105 Apples SP ------------------ Rs.42

Therefore,

Profit = SP - CP

→ Profit = 42 - 35 = Rs.7

Hence,

Profit % = (Profit in Rs. * 100) / CP

→ Profit % = (7 * 100) / 35

→ Profit % = 20% (B) (Ans.)

\mathcal{ ANSWER:-}

CP = 21 for ₹7

SP = 5 for ₹2

So,

CP = 21 for ₹7

SP = 5 for ₹2

Therefore,

CP = 21×5 for ₹7×5

CP = 105 for ₹35

SP = 5×21 for ₹2×21

SP = 105 for ₹42

As, SP > CP there is PROFIT.

Profit = SP - CP

Profit = ₹42 - ₹35

Profit = ₹7

Profit % = Profit/CP × 100

Profit % = 7/105 × 100

Profit % = 20%
