If I try to explain acceleration according to velocity time graph , acceleration is nothing but slope of velocity(v)-time(t) graph and slope shows change in one variable with respect to other.

Now the condition you have given as a body is moving with constant acceleration;it means either body has zero acceleration or any constant value.

so if you plot such condition in a v&t graph you will always find a straight line.
