When iron is exposed in air due to attack of oxygen moisture it form a brownies non stick substance known as rust and this process is called rusting

b) Nitrogen gas filled in food packets containing oil and fats to which its rancidly easily so it prevent from rancidity the oil contains food packets are filled with nitrogen gas

c) corrosion is responsible for (a)

corrosion :- Slowly eatinh of metal due to attract of oxygen moisture and other atmospheric gases is called corrosion

Method to prevent form corrosion

i) Applying Paint

ii) Applying Greasing

iii) Using Galvanisation method

iv) using Electeoplating method

Rancidity is responsible for (b)

Rancidity:- The oxidation of oil and fat containing substances which result is gives bad smell and bad test is called rancidity

Method to prevent rancidity

i) By vaccum Packing

ii) By refrigeration
