It is bent to form a circle

Therefore perimeter of square will be equal to circumference of circle

Perimeter of square = 4 x side

Substitute the value and you get

Perimeter of square = 4 x 16.5

                                  = 66 cm

So the circumference of circle is  66 cm   ( perimeter of square = circumference of circle )

Now the circumference of circle = πd

Substitute the values and you get

66 = 22/7 x d

d = 66 x 7/22

d = 21 cm

Therefore the diameter of circle so formed is 21 cm
