Answer: 40 ohm

Explanation: Since volume is constant it implies A1L1=A2L2

-> AL=A'(2L)

-> A' = A/2

Resistance= (resistivity)(length)/(area)

-> R1/R2 = (L1/A1)/(L2/A2)

-> 10/R2 = (L/A)/(2L/(A/2))

-> R2 = 40 ohm
