the new resistance will be 4 ohm

we know that assistance of wire depends on its length and each type of communist and hand in the question it is given that one on Garden to have this means that the resistance becomes .5 ohm and since they are in parallel than one resistor will have .5 ohm resistance and hints when we find it by the formula of the Federal Communication then we will get that the resistance becomes 4 ohm
