Resistance(R) = ρ(l/a) = 10ohm
(where, l= length of wire, a= area of wire, ρ(rho)= resistivity of material of the wire).
Let R' be the new resistance.
Since, R is directly proportional to l
A 10% increment in l will lead to a 10% increment in R too,
Hence R' = R + 10%R
R' = R + (10/100)R
R' = 10 + (1/10)(10)
R' = 11 ohm.
Hope i helped you!
