A wire when bent in the form of a square encloses an area of 992.25 cm square. If the same wire is bent to form a semicircle what will be the radius of the semicircle.

area =992.25cmsquare
area of square=s*s
x=s
 \sqrt{992.25}  = x
s=31.5
p of square=4*s
p =4*31.5
p=126cm
p of circle=p of square
2πr = 126cm^2
44/7*r=126cm^2
r=126*7/44
r=20.045cm ans......
you can round off ans...
