Use Archimedes principle

Buoyancy = Volume Submerged x density of liquid x g

This buoyancy supports the weight of wood

Let volume be V

Volume submerged = 3/4V

Density of wood = p,

density of water = d

so, V p g = 3/4 V d g

p = 3/4 d

this is the answer
