Answer: (a² - 9) (a + 6) ÷ a² + 9a + 18

              = a³ +6a -9a -54 ÷ a² + 9a +18

              = a³ -3a -54 ÷ a² + 9a + 18

After dividing using long division method of polynomials, we get

p(a) = g(a) x q(a) + r(a)

(a³ -3a -54) = (a²+9a+18) x (a+9) + (-102a -216)
