Aaron will pay a delivery charge.

Step-by-step explanation:

Number of bricks required to build the wall = 1025 bricks

Weight of each brick = 2.89

Total weight of the required bricks = 2.89 * 1025 = 2962.25 Kg

Cut off weight for delivery charge = 2500 Kg.

We find that 2962.25 kg > 2500 Kg. So Aaron will pay a delivery charge.
