ok so if C is 90 degree then AC = BC
and /ABC = / BAC
given AC = 6
BC is also 6 by property of isosceles triangle
Now as it is 90 ° we can use Pythagoras theorem ,
AB² = AC² + BC²
calculating that our answer comes as 6√2

In triangle ABC , ANGLE C = 90 °

Therefore AC ² = AB² + BC²
( Pythagoras theorem)

= ( 6)² = AB² + BC²

NOW AB = BC
( opp sides of isosceles triangle are same)

so 36 = AB +AB ( AB = BC)

2AB = 36

AB = 36/2 = 18cm

hope it might be useful
