The transcribed sequence on the mRNA molecule will be 3′AUCCAUGACCCCGUAAUU’5.

In a DNA, the Cytosine (C) accompanies Guanine (G) and Adenine (A) always accompanies Thymine (T).

In an RNA, it is also similar except Thymine get replaced with Uracil (U).

There are primarily five different bases that are mentioned above.

There are distinctly two categories within which they belong. There are Purine and Pyrimidine.

U, T and C are all types of pyrimidines.

A and G belong to the purine group.

Purines usually have two rings within their molecular structure.

The pyrimidines have one ring in them.

Hence, just ensure that a pyrimidine goes with a purine or else if a purine goes with a purine, the molecule can be too big and if a pyrimidine goes with another pyrimidine, it can be too small.
