CA is the process of making consumers of your goods informed about their rights. There are many aspects that consumers need to be informed about, for instance, health and security aspects. In the recent past, it has been observed that consumers lack knowledge about their rights, gaining purchasing a particular product. For instance, some products are highly-priced than average that should not be the case, however, due to lack of knowledge consumers end up buying at those high prices
