What you do has a stronger impact on people than what you say. Oftentimes, people will say one thing and do another; the phrase actions speak louder than words means that people are more likely to believe what you do rather than what you say, be there is a difference between the two

Actions always end to provide higher impact than anything spoken louder. Speaking louder can be just for sake to say or believe but an action always sets an example of already have been done.  

The actions can influence people but words once said but without any action cannot influence. People may forget the loud verses but actions always influences and leaves an impression for the people.
