U know the easy method of dividing any number by 10 u have to place the decimal and 0 accordingly.

Here,

We can't multiply something with 10 to get 1

So we place a 0 beside 1 which becomes 10
When we are doing so, I mean when we are keeping a 0 we have keep a 0 in the quotient.
