Agriculture not only feeds a nation but also provides raw material to the manufacturing sector. Agriculture and industries are not exclusive of each other on account of the following reasons:
1.Manufacturing sector provide machines, tools and even fertilizers for undertaking any Agriculture activity. Automation and mechanisation reduces the drudgery of doing everything manually and boosts output.
2. Mechanisation enhances the income of the farmers and provide employment to the skilled and unskilled workers.
3. Industrial development is also a prerequisite for the removal of unemployment and poverty from our country. In the absence of industries, agriculture by itself cannot observe the huge work force.
