First of all please keep in mind while answering questions related to atmospheric pressure that atmospheric pressure decreases with increase in altitude.

Now, as airplane has to cover distances through airways at high altitude. The atmospheric pressure at higher altitudes is very low. We are adapted to live on land where atmospheric pressure is comparatively high . So when we travel in high altitude we face some problem like nose bleeding or ear pain. in order to prevent this problem airplanes have pressurized cabin for passengers safety
