The title of the poem is “All the world’s a stage” which is written by the renowned poet William Shakespeare.There is no rhyme scheme used in this poem as it is a blank verse but there is a steady rhythm of five beats in each line.

My favourite line from the poem is “All the man and women merely players” because the poet has beautifully described the role of humans and they are actors who complete the role and exit. The central idea of this poem is part of human in their life.The poet describes the role of people at particular age.

There is the figure of speech used in this poem is a metaphor as there is Indirect comparison between people and actors and the world is compared to a stage. The special feature of this poem is that it is written in a blank verse.The poet has used a simple language.I like the poem because the poet has beautifully described the life of a human being with a poetic effects and their qualities at a particular age as it shows the cycle of life of which everyone is a part of it.
