Yeah the greatest remainder she can get is 3.
You can realise that 3 is the nearest number which is less than 4.
Why not 5, 6, 7?
If 5, or 6, or 7 is the remainder, the number still has a four in it. So, the remainder number cannot be greater that te divisor.
Hence, 3 is the greatest remainder we can get while dividing an whole number by 4.
