Maltose is referred as starch; it is associated in delivering homopolysaccharide and thus enzyme referred to Amaylase.

This is converted into two molecules of glucose which could operate on enzyme maltose and hydrolyzes the glycosidic bond.

It should create a commercial maltose which is produced from starch which has been treated with barley malt.

This is further enzyme taking part in glycoside and produced to the hydrolysis of starch.
