Decreasing rate of temperature per hour=4° C
Current room temperature=48° C
Required room temperature=24° C
Therefore,to lower temperature from 48° C to 24 C°,we must subtract 24 from it.
Now,to know how much time AC will require to reduce temperature, we must divide 24 by speed of AC i.e. 4° C per hour.
24/4=6
Thus AC will require 6 hours to cool temperature from 48° C to 24° C
