An african proverb says when you educate a man you educate an indiviual but a woman you educate a family (nation ).is it rational to say so?why?​

Hey MATE!!!

See the basic scenario is when a man gets educated he usually and necessarily finds a job and is becomes a producing factor for the family.

But in case of women, who are mostly house wife ( working too) not only looks on the work but also constantly educates her children.

If the link of the mother with the child of education breaks then it gets worse for the child to grow up as a standardised man / woman.

I don't think it is rational to say so as men too work hard with women consistently to spread the hands of education as far as possible.
