An agricultural field is in the form of a rectangle of length 40m and width 28m. A 20m deep well of diameter 14m is dug in a corner of the field and the earth taken out of the well is spread evenly over the remaining part of the field. Find the rise in its level.

Total area =28*40=1120
volume of mud of well =(22/7)*7*7*20=3080
area left to be covered=1120-(22/7)*7*7=1120-154=966
rise in level = 3080/966=3.188
