area of step = w x h =20 x 20= 400
area of 5 steps = 5 x 400 = 2000cm sq.

Distance - 20 cm

It climbs 20 widths and 20 heights which means 5 stairs

So 20 +20 for each step and 5 such stairs

20+20 ×5 = 200 cm.

Displacement =
100 \sqrt{2}
In this instead of width and height , it's hypotenuse is taken into calculation ,

hypotenuse of 20 cm width and 20 cm height is
20 \sqrt{2}
For 1 stair , for such 5 stairs
20 \sqrt{2}
×5 =
100 \sqrt{2}
