Good morning ladies and gentlemen! Today all of us have gathered here to discuss the proposal for improving a slum area of our town. myself _ an architect and I am going to present some ideas for the improvisation of slum areas. firstly I think we need to shift the people living there so that they don't lose their houses. this is because slums are an integral part of our society. in order to bring them into equality, we need to provide them low cost, efficient and a house with all basic amenities like proper drainage, proper sanitation facilities, etc .secondly we have to estimate the cost and materials required to make the amendments and notify the people about the same. thirdly we have to make sure that in addition to providing all the basic amenities we also have to bring certain changes in our way of thinking and behavior towards the poor. in this way we can not only improve their way if living but also our way of thinking. thank u everyone for listening me very patiently.
