An asp is treating 225 m3/hour of wastewater with 200 mg/l bodu, 100 mg/l tss, 70 mg/l of vss and 56 mg/l of biodegradable vss. Values of asp kinetic parameters y and kd are 0.42 and 0.12/day, respectively. The clarified secondary effluent has 5 mg/l of bodu and 40 mg/l of tss. If the asp is operated at an srt of 7 days, find the daily secondary sludge generation rate and, also find the stabilizable fraction of the secondary sludge generated.

Covalent bonds are strong and directional in nature, therefore atoms are held very strongly at their positions. Such solids are very hard and brittle. They have extremely highmelting points and may evendecompose before melting. They are insulators and do not conduct electricity.
