Given, perimeter of the circular track = 14 m
           total distance travelled by the athlete = 4 ( 14 ) = 56 m
           time taken by the athlete = 4 sec
(i) Distance travelled = 56 m 
(ii) Displacement = 0 m ( As the initial and the final points are the same )
(iii) Average speed = Total distance travelled / Total time taken
                               = 56 / 4 = 14 m/s
(iv) Average velocity = Displacement / Total time taken
                                  = 0 / 4 = 0 m/s
