A racer can convert his stored energy in body into muscular strength.
He is trained to hold his breadth and to use the energy into his movement.
A racer hardly takes breathe during his 100 meter run.
Once the run is complete then he can breathe and may need extra supply of oxygen.
Without air running by a racer is called anaerobic.
