Given :-
- Diameter of circular track = 42 m
- Radius, r = 42/2 = 21 m
- Time taken by athlete to complete one round = 20 seconds.

To Find :-
- Distance covered = ?
- Displacement = ?

Formula to be used :-
- Speed = Distance/Time
- Circumference of circle = 2πr

Solution :-
- Number of rounds = 30/20 = 1.5
- ⇒ Distance covered = 1.5 × circumference
- ⇒ Distance covered = 1.5 × 2 × 22/7 × 100
- ⇒ Distance covered = 942.85 m = 943 m (Approx.)
- Hence, the distance covered at the end of 30 seconds is 943 m.
- And displacement is 42 m as it return to initial position again.
