supposing the car is weightless, the acceleration down the slope would be 9.81 sin40= 6.31
then at the foot the speed is 60, the final velocity is 0.
using the formula
Vf^2=Vi^2 + 2as
0=3600 +12.611s
S=285.5 m
then at the foot the speed is 60, the final velocity is 0.
