73 and 137 are prime number

73×137=10001When we multiply 10001 by (1700 to 1799)
We get 8 digit number as 10001×1700=1700170010001×1701=17011701 etc.
These all digit numbers are multiples of 73 and 137
Second digit from right is 7
Hence, sixth from the left is 7.

Here is your answer...

8 digit number , that is also multiple of 73 and 137  ,  here 73 and 137 both are prime numbers.

So that 8 digit number also be multiple of 73 137  =  10001

So when we multiply 10001 by  ( 1700  to 1799 ) we get  8 digit number that have second digit from left is 7 , As we can see that

10001    1700  =  17001700
or
10001    1701  =  17011701
or
10001  1702  =  17021702

And so on till

10001 1799  =  17991799

These all 8 digit numbers multiples of 73 and 137  , And have second digit from left as 7 .

And we can see in all these 8 digit numbers 6th digit from left is  =  7  ( Ans )

It may help you....☺☺
