If the judiciary is independent, it can freely take fair decisions. The government has no right to question any of its decisions or to chenge them for its own benefit. Whatever the judiciary says, everyone has to follow. Due to its independence of the government, it is also very difficult to remove a court judge once he is appointed to that position
