Hey! Here's your answer!

When it starts falling :-

u = 0 m/s

m = 5 kg

So, p = mu = 5(0) = 0 kg m/s

Just before hitting the ground :-

u = 0 m/s

s = -10 m

a = -10 m/s^2

v^2 = u^2 + 2as

      = 0 + 200

v = root 200

v = 10 root 2

m = 5 kg

p = mv = 10 root 2(5)

p = 50 root 2 kg m/s

Hope this helps! :)
