Equation of projectile= xtan0-gx^2/

2u^2cos^2theta (compare with)
Gives 1/1/40=40/1

Given :-

Velocity of object = u = 20 ms-¹.

Angle of Projection = Ø = 45°

h = Ax - Bx² ------(1)

y = x tanØ - gx²/2u²Cos²Ø -----(2)

Comparing both the equations, we get,

A = tanØ

B = g/2u²Cos²Ø

A/B = tanØ × 2u²Cos²Ø/g

A/B = tan 45° × 2 (20)² × (1/√2)²/10

A/B = (2 × 400/2)/10

A/B = 40/1

A:B = 40:1

Hence,

Ratio of A:B = 40:1
