an object walks 3 km towards east and then 4 km towards north . what will be the distance covered and the displacement .
please solve quickly

the object walks 3km towards east and the then 4 km towards north
So,the distance is =3km+4km
=7km
and the displacement is =final position-initial position
=4km-3km
=1km
